Dear Readers,
The I-GENE team is pleased to welcome you to the 2nd issue of the I-GENE
Newsletter. In our fast-changing world, we continue to pursue the
objective to re-design the story of genome editing.
In this newsletter, we highlight a few important achievements. For
instance, the project consortium made great progress in the validation of
our nanotransducer for genome editing and we are presenting these
preliminary results in leading international conferences and events.
Recently, these developments were also discussed with the project
Advisory Board whose members include top-level scientists in cutting edge
disciplines related to genome editing.
We also concluded our 1st I-GENE summer school which was greatly
appreciated by the project staH and students. As project coordinator and
organizer, I am grateful and proud of the work that the project team
made to keep a high-quality standard despite being the event exclusively
held virtually due to COVID-19 restrictions.
I hope you enjoy reading our newsletter and invite you to check our
website, follow us on social media or contact us directly for more
information.
